213 Struthers Liberty Youngstown, OH 44505

$120,000

  • 2 beds
  • 2.1 baths
  • 4,366 sqft

Offered for sale by the original owner - who custom built the house in 1978 - this beautifully maintained brick home sits across from majestic Roosevelt Park in Campbell, Ohio. The back or the property extends well into a deeply wooded area. The new and only second-owner of this sound structure will likely never have front or backyard neighbors. The walls are plaster with hardwood floors under all of the carpeting. The two large bedrooms (master boasts an en suite half bath) also have ample closet space. The clean main floor full bath has double vanity sinks. The spacious family room could easily be converted to a third bedroom. With a pristine yet-to-be-used fireplace, it is just waiting to keep you cozy through the winter months. A generous work/service station opens to the formal dining room giving this circa 1978 era home an open modern sense. There's so much closet space thoughtfully built into this home, storage should not be a concern! The expansive basement supports the entire foundation of this ranch home. It includes a pantry, an unfinished bathroom, and clothes chute! It has never been “finished”. No tear-outs here(!) allowing easy access to lots of future options. The two-plus garage is wide enough to fit larger vehicles with room to spare. While it's Youngstown, it's nestled in Campbell. You get the discounts of city taxes and water with country living.
